  Waking up in the dead of night

  Wondering how could I go on like this

  When I knew it wasn’t meant 2 be

  That it just wasn’t right 4 me

  Even if I held u close in memory

  A part of me still drowned in grief

  That which u couldn’t fool so easily

  That which saw the reality

  Then a time came

  Ur love dint mean much to me

  A mere word, a feeling I could never feel

  The tears I cried meant nothing 2 u

  All the promises made didn’t seem true

  Until the world of imagination-my only refuge

  But even there the thought of hurt living on the loose

  So I find myself under the window

  A girl takes over who never shows

  The guilt in my eyes isn’t mine anymore

  A deep sigh heaved, its all in her control

  The cold metal of the blade pierces the flesh

  It calms the soul u set ablaze

  In no time the cut starts 2 bleed

  Screaming out in pain

  It’s not what I need

  Yet tempted by that feeling

  Another mark etched in the skin

  The pain sinks deeper

  But I’ll do it again
